Since every product is custom made, the production time varies depending on the design you choose. The estimated processing time is mentioned on each product page. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to your address, and you'll receive tracking details.

As all our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement. To request a replacement: You must record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the package before opening and the damaged product. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders and locations. COD availability will be shown during checkout.

You can request changes only if production has not yet started. Since every item is handcrafted specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once manufacturing begins.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order from our Track Order page.
