Custom Products

All personalized products are made according to the customization details provided by the customer. Please ensure that all names, spellings, and other information entered are accurate. Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order before production begins. Once the customization is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our products.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful payment or according to the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Production time varies depending on the product and is displayed on the respective product page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Replacements

As our products are custom made, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect customer-provided spelling, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within the specified time with an unboxing video. Eligible cases will receive a replacement after verification.
